Price Match Policy

Eligibility Criteria:

1. Minimum Price Threshold: Our commitment to providing you with the best value extends to items priced at $150 or more. We proudly offer a price match guarantee on these items, ensuring that if you discover the same product at a lower cost from one of our competitors, we will match that price.
2. Identical Items: To qualify for a price match, the item must be an exact match in terms of brand, model, size, color, and quantity to the competitor’s offering. We strive to guarantee consistency and fairness in our price matching policy.
3. Verification of Competitor’s Price: To initiate a price match, please provide evidence of the competitor’s lower price. This can be achieved through their current advertisement, online listing, or a written offer/quote. It is imperative that the documentation clearly displays the competitor’s information for transparency. Acceptable submissions include official quotes and URLs linking directly to the identical product on the competitor’s website. Note: Correspondence via email with a sales representative is not considered sufficient evidence for a price match.
4. Competitor Eligibility: We extend our price match offer to recognized retail businesses within the same country, ensuring a fair and equitable comparison. This includes both brick-and-mortar stores and online-only retailers, provided they meet the criteria outlined in this policy.
5. In-Stock Items Only: For a successful price match, the item must be in stock at both our store and the competitor’s establishment at the time of the price match request. This ensures that you receive the best value promptly without unnecessary delays.

Exclusions:

• Clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, or damaged items are not eligible for the price match.
• The policy does not apply to services or bundled items.
• Cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
• We do not price match Amazon listings or prices. 

While we strive to offer competitive pricing, we acknowledge that we cannot always match the exceptionally low prices found on Amazon due to their vast marketplace and unique pricing strategies. To request a price match, please present the competitor’s current pricing via email including links to where our team can view the competitors products. Our team will verify the price and the eligibility of the item and process the price match accordingly.

Return and Exchange Policy

General Returns

• Eligibility: Returns accepted within 30 days of purchase.
• Condition: Products must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
• Restocking Fee: A 35% restocking fee applies.
• Shipping Costs: Customers responsible for all return shipping costs.
• Non-Returnable: Opened/used products not accepted, $120 inspection fee applies. Damaged products will be refused.
• Cancellation: Orders not yet shipped can be canceled with a restocking fees.

Exchanges

• Eligibility: Exchanges allowed within 30 days of purchase.
• Condition: Products must be new, unused, and in original packaging.
• Process: Contact us to initiate an exchange and receive instructions.
• Restocking Fee: A 35% restocking fee applies.
• Shipping: Customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with the return and shipping of the exchanged product.

Solar Panel Returns

• Final Sale: All sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges.

Large Orders

• Limitations: For orders over $10,000, returns or exchanges may be refused, subject to a 35% restocking fee.

Return Process

1. RMA Number: Obtain by emailing sales@circuitsolar.com
2. Packaging: Securely pack the item with proof of purchase.
3. Mail To:

4. Shipping Method: Use a trackable method.

Refunds

• Inspection: Post-inspection, refunds processed within 30 days.
• Billing Cycles: May appear in 1-2 billing cycles.
• Credit Card Fee: A 2.9% + $0.30 fee may be deducted.

Exceptions

No returns or exchanges for:

• Solar Panels,
• Generators,
• Solar Module Racking,
• Open Box items,
• Special orders,
• Orders over $10,000,
• Oversized items.

Defective/Damaged Products

• Contact us for refund or exchange options.

Additional Notes

• Restocking Fee: 35% fee applies to all returns and exchanges.
• Credit Card Fee: Non-refundable.
• Solar Panel Sales: Final, no returns or exchanges.
• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable as they cover the initial cost of delivering the item to the customer.
